If the company can\u2019t be responsive, it will never be able to meet\r\nconstantly changing customer expectations<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The centricity of success has changed from machines and logistics in\r\n20th century to software and enterprise systems in the 21st Century, which\r\nmeans that enterprise systems are directly and continuously and instantly\r\nshaped by what the market wants. An enterprise that can make its enterprise\r\nsystems change flexibly almost co-terminus to market change is a successful\r\n21st-century enterprise (21CE).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Unless 21CE\u2019s reinvent their process and business models constantly,\r\ntheir survival becomes difficult.
